This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and other important details. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping – Free on All Orders
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 lower states). This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories for most items. No minimum purchase required.
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the best option for your location and order size.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- For larger items (e.g., kids ride on trucks or 24V models), delivery may take 5-10 business days due to size and weight.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
- Shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO: We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Please note that some oversized items may not be eligible.
International Shipping – Flat Rate
- Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check at checkout for eligibility based on your shipping address. If your country is not listed, contact us at support@bridgewaygeneralsupplies.com for assistance.
- Shipping Rates: International orders incur a flat additional fee of $150 USD to cover shipping, handling, and basic customs processing. This fee is added at checkout and does not include any import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Order Processing Time: 1-5 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and carrier. Delays may occur due to customs processing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country. Bridgeway General Supplies LLC is not responsible for these fees, and they are non-refundable.
- Restricted Countries: We do not ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions, embargoes, or high-risk areas. Prohibited items (if any) will be noted on product pages.
General Shipping Information
- Order Confirmation and Changes: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@bridgewaygeneralsupplies.com. Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
- Shipping Restrictions: Some products (e.g., battery-powered kids electric cars) may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials regulations (lithium batteries). These will be noted on the product page.
- Large or Oversized Items: Kids ride on cars are large items and ship via freight carrier. Curbside delivery is standard; inside delivery or lift-gate service may be available for an extra fee upon request.
- Delays and Force Majeure: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, at our discretion). Proof of damage (photos) may be required.
- Non-Deliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- Shipping Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies.
